On August 28th, 2024, the Placement and Training Cell recently launched a comprehensive 30-day Employability Skills Training Program in collaboration with UNXT. This course, designed specifically for final-year students, offers a valuable opportunity to enhance their skills and improve their chances of securing positions in IT companies. The program, led by Santhosh Gnanamani, a Soft Skills and Life Skills Trainer from Unnatti Foundation, Bangalore, covers a wide range of topics essential for career readiness. Students will receive expert guidance on developing key soft skills, effective communication, interview techniques, and overall professional demeanor.
